Constance Widen Pastel painting

• Born in Johannesburg, grew up in Zambia, spent several years in Britain and Ghana now living in BC, Canada.
• Studied for a BFA Degree at Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa under Brian Bradshaw and Robert Brook.
• Paintings exhibited throughout the Western Cape in South Africa.
• Paintings sold to individuals throughout South Africa, England, USA, Germany and Spain.
• Member of the South African Society of Artists (SASA).
• I have signed paintings under the pseudonyms CONORO and CONOWI.

I find that I often transcend all boundaries when painting the countryside, seas and skies which I love passionately, and my greatest aim and achievement is to be able to express and re-create these with paint.
